WELL, HIS TEAM DOES, AND HE TRAINED THEM.

Booking $10k+ weddings in the luxury market comes down to three things: your films, your brand, and your network. We'll handle your films, so you can focus on building the other two.

About John Bunn

I'm not the best filmmaker on earth. I'm just the one $20k+ couples keep calling.

I started in Tulsa with no connections or roadmap into the luxury market. Just a camera and a lot of weddings I said yes to until I figured out what high-end clients actually care about.

Nineteen years later I'm filming in the Bahamas, New Mexico, Palm Springs. My average booking is over $20,000. I host a podcast with over a million downloads and I've mentored more than 1000 filmmakers on how to do what I did. Along the way I understood that the film is only one part of it. Your brand and your network are the other two.

Every filmmaker I've worked with, at some point, asks the same question: when do I stop editing? The answer is: sooner than you think.

About Bride&Groom.video

All Great Films Need A Great Team

At Bride&Groom.video, we built the back office that most wedding videographers wish they had. Since 2018, our team of nearly 100 full-time, carefully selected and heavily trained editors has delivered over 8,000 films for videographers across the US and beyond.

Everything is white-label, so your brand stays front and center and your client relationships remain intact. We learn your style, match it, and refine it over time until it becomes second nature.

We serve both solo videographers and volume studios. At scale, the quality holds.

Together with John Bunn, we went further and built a service designed specifically for filmmakers who want to follow his path into the luxury market.

In Bride&Groom.video, you're matched with the best available editor for your style at the time of your project. It works well. The John Bunn Experience is different by design.

With the John Bunn Experience, you work exclusively with one of three editors who have spent years cutting John's own weddings. They don't follow a style guide.

They've spent years internalizing how John thinks about color, pacing, sound, and story, because they've done it on his real films, for his real clients.

The John Bunn Experience isn't about improving an already good service. It's about getting the closest possible version of John's editing, short of John doing it himself.

Meet Your Team

Chris, your point of contact.

Chris - Your point of contact at Bride&Groom.video

When you book a call, you'll speak with Chris. He'll be your point of contact from that first conversation through every film you deliver. He works from the mountains of North Carolina, where he and his wife Jennifer also shoot weddings on weekends.

Chris spent 19 years in IT. Good career, stable income, nothing wrong with it, except that it wasn't what he wanted to be doing. At 45, he picked up a camera.

He learned the craft following John Bunn's work: the How to Film Weddings course, the Shifting Focus podcast, all of it. When John recommended Bride&Groom.video for editing, Chris tried it. The quality of his films went up. The bookings got better.

In December 2024, he left his IT career after 19 years and joined Bride&Groom.video full-time. He understands what you're trying to build, because he's building the same thing.

Three editors trained directly under John: Alexander, Nazar, and Mike. They spent years learning his approach to color, sound design, storytelling, and the specific sensibility that sets luxury-market work apart. They are the ones who will work on your films.
